What are the most common questions people ask you about notary services, and what would you tell them?

For documents already prepared, our fee is $25 per document. If we need to prepare any documents on your behalf, an additional charge may apply. In most cases, services can be completed within 24 hours.

What important things should clients know before they come to see you for notary services?

Please ensure you bring the original documents that require notarization, a valid photo ID.  If the document must be signed before a notary, the person signing must be present with valid photo ID for the appointment.

Are there any misunderstandings people often have about notary services that you can clear up?

A common misunderstanding is that a notary public verifies the truthfulness or legality of the document's content. In fact, our role as a notary is to verify the identity of the signatory and to witness their signature, ensuring it is done willingly. We do not provide legal advice or vouch for the content of the document itself.

While walk-ins are sometimes possible, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a notary is available and to minimize your waiting time. Please contact us at [416*250-0080 to book your visit.

What types of documents can you notarize?

We can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, statutory declarations, consent to travel letters, certified true copies, and more. If you have a specific document in mind, please call us to confirm.
